Description

β€’ Territory Manager supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Arlington, Texas. β€’ Responsible for driving wall foam sales to contractors and distributors in the assigned territories to achieve annual sales targets. β€’ Develop annual business plans to detail the activities needed to exceed quota. β€’ Meet regularly with clients to deliver HBS value proposition and gain specifications. β€’ Participate in industry or promotional events. β€’ Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models. β€’ Demonstrate the ability to conduct intelligent business conversations and can be persuasive with business owners and decision makers at the contractor, distributor, and specifier level. β€’ Develop clear business proposals, can negotiate, and executes business deals. β€’ Provide regular competitive intelligence updates including in-kind and out-of-kind competitive pricing and marketing strategies. β€’ Proficient in keeping up with all administrative needs include timely email replies, expense submission, pricing requests, performance management and other items.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, marketing, technical field or equivalent. β€’ 2+ years of successful work experience in a inhouse sales role. β€’ Travel requirement is approximately 75%. β€’ Proficient in MS Office and SalesForce.com. β€’ Problem solving aptitude. β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills. β€’ Great collaborative and time-management skills. β€’ Sales-oriented and analytical.
