Description

• This is a full-time position working from one of the states we operate, including California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, and Washington state • The Digital Account Manager works within Client Services teams to deliver digital fundraising programs • Serves as the liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects • Assist with creative services, including drafting initial email/web copy • Maintain and organize all client documents and files for team’s reference

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in advocacy, fundraising, electoral campaigning, project management, event planning, Internet marketing, direct response • Technology-oriented, with the ability and desire to understand online fundraising and marketing technology • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in online fundraising, e-mail marketing and advocacy • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent organizational and project/time management skills • Excellent proofreading skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and high level of accuracy • Top-notch customer service skills • Ability to work under pressure, establish work priorities, and multi-task • Ability to work with short deadlines and deliver on set milestones • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and judgement • Ability to establish work priorities

Benefits
