• Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates 🇵🇭 • Job Role: Customer Service Representative • Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Sydney Time) • Salary range: 1000 - 1500 AUD • Work Type: Full Time(Independent Contractor) • Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. • You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. • We are not an outsourcing agency. • All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. • Who The Client Is: The client is an Australian women's undergarment e-commerce brand. • Role Overview: We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years of experience, ideally in Australian eCommerce. • You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience across various channels. • Work from home is preferred. • Quiet workspace with no background noise during phone calls • Reliable, fibre internet connection is essential. • Job responsibilities • Driving increased sales revenue and providing customer service • Answering phones via our computer based phone system (Ring Central) • Calling back customers • Replying to emails (tickets) • Answering live chat • Suggestive selling, (cross-sell and upsell) on inbound calls and emails • Any other administrative duties for Customer Service • Experience with the following tools is valued but not essential. • Qualifications:

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with eCommerce brands • Attention to detail • Tech Savvy • Great communication with colleagues and manager (proactive communication, and don’t need to be chased for updates) • Excellent English (spoken and written) • Curiosity • Demonstrates initiative • Drive • Continuous improvement
