• Has a great sense of empathy • At least High School (old curriculum) graduate/SHS Graduate/Associate or Vocational Graduate/College Graduate • Must have experience in BPO/call center • Knowledgeable in computer navigation and system tools • Good English communication Skills • Ability to interact with various types of customers
