• THIS IS A FULLTIME PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME. • We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Phone Support & Sales Representative to join our team full-time. • In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and promoting our products to enhance the customer experience. • If you’re a reliable, enthusiastic team player with a passion for learning, we’d love to hear from you! • Welcome and Upsell: Engage with new customers, introducing them to our brand and upselling additional products to meet their needs. • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience. • Billing Support: Address and resolve basic billing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently. • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues. • Interest in or willingness to learn about golf to better connect with customers.

Benefits
