Description
• Support U.S. and Canada health, welfare, and wellbeing programs • Assist Benefits Manager with Canada renewal activities • Administer group benefit plans in Canada • Manage vendor relationships • Respond to employee inquiries regarding programs • Support with annual compliance filings and special projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Human Resources-related experience managing global employee benefits • Experience with Workday benefits and payroll preferred • Strong technical skills desirable • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to identify process improvements.
