Description

β€’ As a key member of the People Technology & Operations team, you will be instrumental in the continued expansion and deployment of Workday functionality. β€’ You will partner with Samsara's key stakeholders to implement streamlined operations processes and optimal technology solutions for our People Team programs. β€’ You are comfortable acting as an internal consultant to global HR and business stakeholders and can showcase your experience in HR and Workday to develop lasting solutions that solve complex business challenges. β€’ Lastly, you are highly driven and bring demonstrated experience succeeding in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of professional experience working for fast-growing, global companies, 4+ years experience in Workday configuration Core HCM configuration and support for HR/People teams. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. β€’ Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration. β€’ Experience in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules in U.S. and International locations. β€’ Experience writing and completing test scenarios for system implementations and enhancements. β€’ Experience leading Open Enrollment project planning, requirements gathering, testing, and launch. β€’ Strong understanding of Leaves and Payroll processes. β€’ Strong understanding of HR best practices, HR processes, and compliance. β€’ Ability to adjust and realign requirements with stakeholders to create the most optimal solution. β€’ Partner with developers in Workday Studio and Integrations, able to analyze benefits processes and troubleshoot integrations to benefit vendors. β€’ Familiar with Agile methodologies and prioritization. β€’ Ability to prioritize workload and deliver enhancements or fixes on time without supervision.
