📋 Description

•The HSF Global Group Sales Manager – Southeast is a remote role that requires initiative, working independently, and thrives as a part of a larger dynamic team. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount as this role is a key connection between customers and hotel-based colleagues. •You will be responsible for spearheading the acquisition of incoming leads, while also nurturing assigned & managed HSF business that has the potential to repeat & grow in revenue with Hyatt Hotels. •Your role will be critical in maintaining and enhancing the brand's reputation, acting as a brand expert and liaison to provide valuable assistance to all internal and external customers.

🎯 Requirements

•Proven track record in sales, consistently exceeding targets and increasing revenue within the hospitality industry •Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience •Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software in Envision, Salesforce, or Delphi •Experience in using reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Cognos) to track sales performance, analyze trends, etc. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create, format, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations •Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and collaborate with hotel teams •This individual must be able to work independently in a home-based environment located in the Southeast portion of the United States
