📋 Description
• Grow your career as New Growth Development Manager – West within ALG Vacations • Responsible for representing and selling Travel Impressions, Apple Vacations, Funjet Vacations in your territory to the travel agency community • Focus on lower producing accounts within Coastal and Mountain States in the West • Develop agency relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships • Consultative selling approach to identify share shift opportunities and grow revenue • Find strategic ways to overcome obstacles and secure business opportunities • Create engagement plans for opportunities and achieve sales targets
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in business, marketing, communications or finance preferred • Five or more years of related experience in sales or the travel industry • Travel industry knowledge or experience preferred but will consider other candidates with transferable sales background • MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Smartsheet • SalesForce • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally by plane and car – 20% • Data Analytics – must be able to understand reports and interpret data • Must have the ability to telecommute and be comfortable working independently • Sales and customer service skills – necessary to provide the best experience for advisors
