🎯 Requirements

• Mobile growth expertise: Demonstrated experience driving organic user acquisition for mobile apps at a top-tier brand. • Data analytics skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with experience using tools like Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Tableau, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and third-party ASO tools. • Deep understanding of growth fundamentals: Knowledge of growth models, virality mechanics, k-factor optimization, referral strategies, and conversion funnels. • App store optimization (ASO) mastery: Proven ability to optimize metadata, improve keyword rankings, and enhance store page conversions. • Strategic and creative thinking: Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving to drive meaningful growth. • Passion for crypto: Strong interest in blockchain technology, digital assets, and the evolving financial landscape. • Collaboration and communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design and engineering teams to align on strategies and execute growth initiatives.
