📋 Description

• Grow your career as Sales Support Specialist - Western Region within ALG Vacations • Responsible for working alongside and assisting the Coastal and Mountain State BDMs • Assist the BDM team with a variety of tasks, including following up on escalation issues • Run reports and provide data analysis to help create strategy • Track activities and update cases in Salesforce • Draft email content for BDM emails • Communicate with agencies while BDM is on the road • Assist in developing strong agency relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships • Provide superb customer service and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university with degrees in business, marketing, communications or finance preferred or equivalent experience • Five or more years of related experience in sales or the travel industry • Travel industry knowledge or experience preferred but will consider other candidates with transferable sales background • MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Smartsheet • SalesForce • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally by plane and car – 10% • Data Analytics – must be able to understand reports and be able to interpret data to provide effective solutions • Must have the ability to telecommute and be comfortable working independently • Sales and customer service skills – necessary to be able to provide the best experience for advisors.
