• Minimum of three years of experience in sales • Five years in any role within the Learning & Development industry • Proficiency in understanding learning solutions and trends • Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audience • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-maker • Expertise in negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to quickly generate a high-quality pipeline and manage multiple client relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment • Expertise in thinking strategically with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Persistence, resilience, and determined sales focus • Willingness to travel, as required, up to 25% • Passion for learning, especially in the areas of L&D and technology • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
