β’ The Inside Sales Agent will work directly with the VP of Business Development to assist in marketing and maintaining account relations. β’ Support the maintenance of customer accounts daily, working to meet tight deadlines and maintaining quality work under pressure. β’ Assist in drafting customer proposals. β’ Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process. β’ Understand and demonstrate the product to potential customers. β’ Participate in and improve upon brand promotions. β’ Use marketing strategies to engage current and potential customers over social media platforms. β’ Work to follow up with prospects and log activity in the sales platform. β’ Travel to tradeshows to demonstrate products and interact with potential customers. β’ All other duties as assigned.
β’ Marketing Degree or currently working towards a degree. β’ Willingness to learn and develop within a role. β’ Ability to work independently, but also collaborate in a team-based environment. β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. β’ Experience with engaging and promoting on social media. β’ Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality work while under pressure. β’ Motivated intrinsically and extrinsically. β’ Willingness to be constantly challenged. β’ High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail. β’ Excellent interpersonal communication skills. β’ Ability to communicate professionally with clients and vendors. β’ Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
