• Are you ready to make a real impact in the beauty industry? • Bellami Hair is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in driving our success. • Reporting directly to the Director of Inside Sales, you will have the exciting opportunity to re-engage inactive customers and build stronger relationships with our valued small accounts. • Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and vitality of our brand, making this a truly rewarding position. • This role is focused on supporting our Southern California region. • While the role is 100% remote, we ask that all interested candidates be currently living in Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, San Bernadino County, Ventura County etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with professional hair stylists or in the beauty industry • Knowledgeable and competent in the key elements of inside sales, including: Proven ability to sell and get results • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Customer qualification, acquisition, and business development utilizing effective sales techniques • Excellent planning, time management, and organization skills • Ability to translate solutions back to internal and external customer(s) as well as management • Interface effectively with all levels in the organization and excel in a team-oriented environment • Able to efficiently manage core job responsibilities and assigned projects while meeting established deadlines. • Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and with customer relationship management databases • Proven ability to work with confidential and proprietary information and data • Experience with NetSuite and/or Shopify a plus • Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills • Exemplary oral and written communication skills
