📋 Description

• Lead and inspire the inside sales team to achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets. • Use FBS Leadership Fundamentals to build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and engagement. • Partner with Marketing Director to develop strategies for quality lead generation. • Enable team to drive strategic initiatives and increases in funnel. • Drive alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent customer value delivery. • Deploy FBS Growth tools (e.g., Funnel Management, Problem Solving Process) to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. • Implement and sustain standard work for the inside sales team, ensuring consistency and scalability in sales operations. • Leverage Daily Management practices to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify gaps, and drive corrective actions. • Leverage Kaizens to develop and coach high-performing sales talent. • Foster an environment of continuous improvement, enabling team members to achieve professional growth and business results. • Champion Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives to refine sales strategies and prioritize high-impact opportunities. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align customer insights with go-to-market strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Strong knowledge of Fortive Business System (FBS) principles and tools. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and process improvement. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
