Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams. • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other teams to support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. • Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications. • Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to enhance efficiency and responsiveness. • Design quality assurance plans. • Work closely with resourcing, practice leadership, and program management. • Communicate regularly with practice leadership on the status of projects. • Create comprehensive technical documentation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 5 + years of experience in technical skills, including workflow configuration, and business rule development. • 1+ Years of experience implementing CIS- Human Resources. • 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations. • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CIS – Human Resources and CIS – IT Service Management certification. • U.S. Citizenship required (required by the federal government for this position) • MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply. • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
