Description

• Manage sales activities in a specific sales region for ADS accounts • Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationship with existing customers • Build relationships and develop strategies for regional accounts • Present technical papers in conferences and sales seminars • Sell concepts and close opportunities with municipal wastewater and consulting engineering customers • Meet and/or exceed individual revenue threshold while maintaining sold margins • Timely follow-up on leads generated through corporate and regional efforts • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in your region • Report daily & weekly in the contact management database • Assist in contract interpretation and initial legal review

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM field or equivalent technical degree • Adept at building and nurturing relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and team members • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to build relationships and work well across functions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time on a weekly basis within the territory • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail • Experience in municipal water applications and DaaS a plus • Minimum 3 plus years of related direct sales experience preferred • Valid driver’s license
