Description

• Ignite Visibility is hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager for Franchise team. • The role is fully remote and client-facing post-sale. • Responsible for client satisfaction, upsells, and renewals. • Manage client expectations and collaborate with internal departments. • Provide regular reports and status updates. • Stay on top of industry trends and assist sales team with proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Account Executive in a digital marketing advertising agency supporting franchise clients • Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects, communicate in English, present, and influence key stakeholders • Have a drive to learn and grow in digital marketing knowledge and skills continually • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, SEO Display, Social, Content Marketing, UX, and Analytics • Experience with B2B & B2C lead generation • Franchise or multi-location marketing experience is a plus • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and problem-solve effectively • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities • 3+ years’ experience in client account management/client success experience • 3+ years of sales and business development experience • 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing • Excellent business acumen and experience working with business executives • Experience working with Project Management systems such as PK4, Slack, and other Account management tools and platforms, such as website analytic tools like Google Analytics
