Description

• The Corporate Transactions Paralegal will support counsel and business departments • Draft, review, and manage contracts • Coordinate across departments and external parties • Track redlines and issues during negotiation • Build and revamp contracting processes for commercial transactions • Prepare and maintain project transaction documentation • Draft and finalize a variety of legal documents and agreements • Initial review of various agreements and documents • Request and review commercial real property title reports • Draft and review title curative and other real estate documents • Prepare and record necessary real estate documents related to solar projects • Research legal issues at the direction of in-house counsel • Analyze contracts and prepare related summaries • Perform due diligence research via Lexis and Pacer • Track and monitor compliance audits and legal process controls • Foster relationships with internal business clients and external parties

Requirements

• A high aptitude for communicating clearly regarding complex issues • An approachable and highly collaborative demeanor • Deal-oriented mindset, with a creative but pragmatic approach to legal process controls • Resourcefulness, with the ability to manage relationships, processes, and information • Ability to readily anticipate and manage change in a highly responsive manner
