Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance the reach of our products. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales tools, product training, and marketing programs. • Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, providing regular reports on revenue, partner activity, and market trends. • Work closely with channel partners to create joint business plans, setting clear goals and objectives. • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor products, and customer needs in the smart lock market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the smart lock, IoT, or related technology industries. • Proven ability to manage and grow channel partner relationships. • Strong technical understanding of smart lock products and solutions, including integrations is seen as an advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and customers.
