Description
• The Talent Specialist will help support and have opportunities to facilitate an exceptional career experience for candidates and employees at ImageTrend. • You will gain experience in each step of the employee journey as a company ambassador and help us achieve organizational goals through attracting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
Requirements
• Degree, certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, business or relevant field • Experience with recruiting, HR, people operations and talent processes, preferably for a SaaS-based organization • Experience using ATS, HRIS, HCM, job boards or social media, resume databases, and other related technologies • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal • Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities • Strong critical thinking, analysis and creative problem-solving abilities when working through ambiguous situations • Must have computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office • Comfortable working as part of a fast-paced, multidimensional team • Ability to maintain professional discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation • Ability to travel to corporate headquarters for orientation and company events as requested, up to 10%
