📋 Description

• The Business Development Manager role will have a specialized focus on Data Centers. • This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of our data center solutions. • The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the data center market and a proven track record in business development. • Work Environment: This is a remote opportunity. The successful candidate should be comfortable traveling between 60-75% as-needed. • Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, Client Acquisition, Relationship Management, Sales Enablement, Project Oversight, Performance Tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in new business development, sales, or a related role within the data center or technology sector. • Knowledge of hydronic balancing valve and HVAC flow control. • In-depth understanding of the data center market, including trends, technologies, and key players. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. • Ability to travel up to 75%
