• The Business Development-Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new leads and building a sales pipeline by starting sales conversations with healthcare executives, providers, and potential customers. • They leverage social selling, telephone, email, and cold calling to gather information and qualify customers; understand the customer’s needs; articulate the company’s unique value proposition to meet that need; and initiate and facilitate a smooth sales process.
• BS or BA in a related field. • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) including excellent listening skills. • Contains a successful sales mindset: optimistic, enthusiastic, competitive, confident, relentless, systematic, and efficient. • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.com. • Previous experience in an outbound call center, related sales or recruiting position preferred.
