β’ Incora is seeking a Sales Representative I to join its aerospace supply chain solutions team. β’ The role involves customer service, sales initiatives, and mentoring junior sales staff. β’ Requires proficiency in negotiation, analysis, and market development. β’ Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and manage complex account issues effectively.
β’ Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with emphasis in Quality and Customer Service. β’ Ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization. β’ Must possess a strong technical acumen to read and comprehend technical specifications and requirements. β’ Ability to be detailed oriented and perform basic to complex research. β’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills. β’ Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers. β’ Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. β’ Proficient in the use of integrated database systems and report writing software; as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel, as needed. β’ Ability to travel, as needed.
