Description
• Establish health equity for American Indians and Alaskan Natives. • Manage NEST Platform Strategy and Application Support. • Oversee application solution strategy, product management, design, and integration. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain an enterprise architecture framework. • Provide technical leadership in the selection and optimization of EHR systems. • Enhance patient engagement with CRM solutions. • Design technology solutions for effective care delivery. • Lead product roadmaps and manage the application lifecycle. • Ensure applications are interoperable and compliant. • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in healthcare package software application • 5+ years of experience in a technical architect role • Experience working in healthcare organizations, healthcare application product and technology development and support organizations that focus on Digitally Enabled Care, Virtual Care, Telemedicine, Virtual-First Primary Care • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex healthcare applications • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, EHRs, CRMs, care delivery systems, and product management • Experience in the medical group and health plan settings • Ability and interest in managing as well as designing, architecting, building and configuring healthcare application solutions • Demonstrated ability to be strategic and resolve technology and data architecture challenges • Experience in healthcare payer and digital health consumer-oriented environments is a plus.
