Description
• Established in 2017, Indigenous Pact PBC aims to create health equity for American Indians and Alaskan Natives. • Helps strengthen and improve the sustainability of Tribes and Tribal Organizations' health, wellness, and long-term care programs and services. • Specializes in developing customized and turn-key solutions to generate sustainable revenue, increase healthcare access, and improve health outcomes for all Native Americans. • Manage NEST Platform Strategy and oversee application solution strategy and ongoing support.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in healthcare package software application • 5+ years of experience in a technical architect role • Experience working in healthcare organizations, healthcare application product and technology development and support organizations focusing on Digitally Enabled Care, Virtual Care, Telemedicine, Virtual-First Primary Care • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex healthcare applications • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, EHRs, CRMs, care delivery systems, and product management • Experience in the medical group and health plan settings • Ability and interest in managing as well as designing, architecting, building and configuring healthcare application solutions • Demonstrated ability to be strategic and resolve technology and data architecture challenges • Experience in healthcare payer and digital health consumer-oriented environments is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
