Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in a business/education-oriented field from a top-tier US/UK University. β€’ Knowledge of the high school education system and college admissions process in the US/UK. β€’ Proven track record in sales, especially in selling services to the education sector or a similar target audience. β€’ Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. β€’ Proactive and persistent in pursuing leads and converting them into customers. β€’ Comfortable with technology, virtual communication tools, and remote sales processes to efficiently connect with clients and team members. β€’ Being able to adapt to different markets and creatively approach sales strategies. β€’ Communicating persuasively and confidently with a high degree of empathy and deep cross-cultural comfort. β€’ Experience with Salesforce and Groove is a plus.
