Requirements

• A Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in a business/education-oriented field from a top-tier US/UK University. • Knowledge of the high school education system and college admissions process in the US/UK. • Proven track record in sales, especially in selling services to the education sector or a similar target audience. • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. • Proactive and persistent in pursuing leads and converting them into customers. • Comfortable with technology, virtual communication tools, and remote sales processes to efficiently connect with clients and team members. • Being able to adapt to different markets and creatively approach sales strategies. • Communicating persuasively and confidently with a high degree of empathy and deep cross-cultural comfort. • Experience with Salesforce and Groove is a plus.
