📋 Description

• Configure and commission InductEV’s wireless EV charging systems at various locations. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and electrical issues with charging equipment and vehicle integration. • Conduct system diagnostics, quality assurance, and root cause analysis for continuous improvement. • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, third-party contractors, and internal teams. • Ensure all field deployments comply with OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E standards, and local electrical safety codes, maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel. • Oversee field deployment projects, ensuring seamless execution and on-site implementation. • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and customer teams to align technical execution with program goals. • Assist in refining best practices, training materials, and process documentation for improved efficiency. • Work closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping of materials and equipment to customer sites. • Track shipments and verify that necessary tools, parts, and systems arrive on time for deployments. • Communicate with vendors and logistics partners to prevent delays and resolve material shortages. • Coordinate UL inspections and ensure regulatory compliance for system installations. • Work with internal teams to ensure equipment and deployments meet UL, safety, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in EVSE commissioning, automotive manufacturing, or a related technical field. • Strong technical background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, networking configurations, and software diagnostics. • Hands-on experience with system installations and infrastructure deployment. • Experience in program and project management, with the ability to oversee field execution and process optimization. • Familiarity with logistics, material tracking, and working with Supply Chain teams to support deployments. • Knowledge of UL certification requirements and experience coordinating compliance inspections. • Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in the field. • Willingness to travel to customer sites and deployment locations.
