β€’ Ownership of relationships with dealers in your area, analysing performance in all areas, driving improvement driven by data β€’ Implement area sales strategies which focus on expanding market presence, increasing sales volume, maximising profitability and exceeding targets β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors and clients β€’ Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business expansion opportunities β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues β€’ Report on sales performance and forecast trends

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry β€’ Strong communication and negotiation skills β€’ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively β€’ A results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets β€’ Willingness to travel within the region
