📋 Description

• Represent INFICON to clients both onsite and in remote calls • Deliver technical sustaining and troubleshooting assistance for INFICON products at customer sites • Conduct essential data analysis concerning sensors and FabGuard software • Assist in troubleshooting Factory Productivity Software • Interface with a broad range of client stakeholders including operators, process engineers, industrial engineers, Fab managers, IT, and executives • Support INFICON Sensors, FabGuard SW, and Leak Detectors demonstrations at customer sites • Create and provide basic training to end users • Work with KAM, FabGuard TEAM and Client team members to understand requirements and achieve project objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing company • Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline highly preferred • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent customer facing skills • Strong organization skills • Effective communication skills and comfortable presenting to groups • PowerPoint and presentation generation skills • Self-starter with strong self-management • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects at the same time
