β’ U.S. Citizen β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred β’ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in federal business development, with a focus on DoD and/or DHA contracts β’ Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and winning federal contracts β’ In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, including FAR, DFARS, and relevant acquisition regulations β’ Strong understanding of DoD and/or DHA organizational structures, missions, and priorities β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills β’ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders β’ Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business development tools β’ Active security clearance (Secret or higher) preferred
