β€’ Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities within DoD and/or DHA β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers β€’ Create and execute strategic business development plans β€’ Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and presentations β€’ Represent the company at industry events for visibility and market intelligence β€’ Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends β€’ Manage and track opportunity pipelines for leadership updates β€’ Develop relationships with potential partners and subcontractors β€’ Contribute to annual business plans and growth strategies for DoD/DHA

Requirements

β€’ U.S. Citizen β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred β€’ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in federal business development, with a focus on DoD and/or DHA contracts β€’ Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and winning federal contracts β€’ In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, including FAR, DFARS, and relevant acquisition regulations β€’ Strong understanding of DoD and/or DHA organizational structures, missions, and priorities β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders β€’ Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business development tools β€’ Active security clearance (Secret or higher) preferred
