• Director of Business Applications • Who We Are • Infotek Consulting is a team of empathetic and compassionate people. • We have the best employees who excel in a fast-paced and energized environment. • Job Summary • The full-time Director of Business Applications will use their extensive management background and domain expertise to lead the Business Applications Team. • The Director is responsible for supporting the team in their day-to-day activities, providing opportunities for job growth, and continually looking for ways to improve processes and documentation. • Responsibilities include managing a team of 7+ professionals, resource allocation, onboarding, facilitation of meetings, and client management.

Requirements

• Required Experience/Skills • Excellent leadership and management skills • 10+ years of management experience • 15+ years of experience with Deltek Costpoint and integrated products • Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR, and other fields • Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, Deltek, etc.) and databases • Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic • Aptitude in creative problem-solving • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills • Productive and organized in a remote work environment • Preferred Experience/Skills • 10+ years of experience with Costpoint the following domains: Accounting, Contracts, Materials, People, Projects, and/or Time & Expense • 10+ years of experience with SAP, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, UNANET, Fusion and other business management software will be considered • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Office 365 is a plus • Understanding of full functionality of Microsoft Teams is a plus
