Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and administration of MD Exam Inc.'s specialized benefits portal. • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the MD Exam Inc. benefits portal. • Manage the administration of traditional health, retirement, and welfare benefits, as well as specialized programs for weight loss management, healthcare nutrition, and fitness. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, including those related to MD Exam Inc.'s wellness programs. • Ensure compliance of all benefit and wellness programs with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). • Minimum of 7 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role. • In-depth knowledge of federal and state benefits laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA), especially about wellness and health management programs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex benefit information to employees at all levels. • Experience working with HRIS, benefit administration systems, and third-party wellness vendors. • Preferred: Professional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or SHRM-SCP/CP. • Experience with wellness program management, including weight loss and fitness initiatives. • Background in managing benefits for multi-state or international employee populations.
