Description

• As a Commercial Customer Success Manager, blend of account management, product enablement, and customer support • Manage and drive engagement with customers • Serve as the project manager for implementations within your book of business • Understand the InMoment product suite and the customer problems they solve • Manage a portfolio of 20 customers

Requirements

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
