Description

•We are looking for a Director, Strategic Initiatives - Pharmacy to design, develop and market new solutions and products to payers. •This is a key role within the PQS Pharmacy team at Innovaccer. •You will be responsible for driving the go-to-market and overall growth strategy. •You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to define priorities, messaging, and outreach strategy. •You will drive high-priority sales conversations and build relationships with prospects. •This position will focus on collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive growth. •The Director will lead areas for the PQS Pharmacy market and drive higher sales conversion.

Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer consulting with a top consulting firm and/or experience working with a large payer and/or Provider Led Health Plan •Deep payer market and payer technology ecosystem and architecture understanding, with knowledge or experience from the retail pharmacy marketplace a plus •Strong understanding of payer operations and organizational structures •Deep understanding of Risk Adjustment, Quality Management, Clinical Data requirements, and Value-Based Care Analytics from a Payer perspective •Self-starter should be able to apply critical thinking in fast-moving environments without relying on documented steps •Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively •Adept at working cross-functionally to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining professionalism and poise •Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Expert at presenting ideas using slides •Ability to write to, and speak with C-suite executives in a way that creates confidence and credibility - to be seen as very worthy of their time and attention •Experience in software and technology sales is a plus •MBA from top B-School or equivalent qualifications from a top school •Willing to travel to prospect/customer sites •Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
