• The Director of Execution is a pivotal leadership role at Mast-Jägermeister • Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of strategies across the sales division • Drive excellence in execution through comprehensive oversight and management of key performance metrics • Reporting directly to the VP/GM of Sales • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI development and performance management. • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership and team management skills • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
