• Develop, manage and grow the iNova business • Manage the Sales team, develop business plans, meet/exceed targets • Recruit, develop and retain valuable employees • Understand the healthcare environment, implement business plan • Work with marketing, allocate resources, ensure compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in reputable pharmaceutical company • Strong leadership and people/performance management skills • High strategic orientation • High interpersonal skills with willingness to learn • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills • Strong analytical skills and capability to interpret sales reports • Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking & correct prioritization • Full proficiency in English language skills • Knowledge with Microsoft Office tools (excel in specific)
