β€’ We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to manage our end-to-end sales pipeline. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. β€’ Manage the entire sales pipeline, including lead generation, cold calling, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. β€’ Schedule and conduct free consultation calls via Google Meet to help leads understand what their website is missing and how our services can improve their online presence. β€’ Present company offerings clearly and persuasively during video calls to convert leads into clients. β€’ Demonstrate a self-starter mentality by taking initiative and building the role independently. β€’ Proactively seek information to improve sales processes and maximize efficiency. β€’ Develop strong relationships with clients to maximize retention and referrals. β€’ Continuously refine and improve sales strategies and processes.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years sales experience, ideally from the same industry but not required. β€’ Strong fluency in English, exceptional communication and persuasion skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and build the sales process with minimal supervision. β€’ Proactive mindset, focused on continuous improvement and efficiency. β€’ Familiarity with US culture; candidates from northern Mexico who frequently travel to the US are highly preferred. β€’ Comfortable with productivity tracking and performance monitoring tools. β€’ Must have a professional headset/mic with active noise cancellation. β€’ Must be comfortable conducting video call presentations with clients via Google Meet.
