• This is a remote position. • Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and cost-of-living standards in the candidate’s region • We are a fast-growing behavioral health telehealth company dedicated to providing exceptional care. • Recruiting top-tier therapists is critical to our success, and we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, engage, and hire the best clinical professionals. • This role blends talent acquisition, sourcing, and marketing, requiring a strategic thinker who can leverage recruitment marketing, digital tools, and outreach techniques to build a strong pipeline of therapist candidates. • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging therapist candidates through proactive sourcing, targeted marketing, and employer branding strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or sourcing (healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred). • Experience in lead generation and proactive candidate outreach. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit preferred), LinkedIn, and digital marketing tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling outreach messages and marketing content. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
