Description

• Insticator is looking for a strategic programmatic leader to drive the growth and development of our global partnerships with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) • The Director of DSP Partnerships will play a critical role in accelerating our growth trajectory by leveraging your sterling reputation and expansive network of DSP decision makers to sign new, long-term DSP partnerships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partnership management or sales roles within the Programmatic advertising industry. • 5+ years of Programmatic experience working directly with DSPs • Proven track record of successfully building and sustaining long-term partnerships with DSPs • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and DSP & SSP technologies. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Data-driven and analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results. • Consultative approach to relationship-building with a drive towards results. • Creative problem-solver with the skills and insights to uncover and develop new ideas and revenue opportunities for the organization. • Deep experience and understanding of programmatic digital advertising: display, CTV, audio and video advertising buying. • Bachelor's degree required
