β€’ Lead client engagements and design Customer Experience (CX) Systems β€’ Guide clients through a discovery process to understand their needs β€’ Create detailed build plans including architecture maps and ERDs β€’ Assess marketing, sales, and service requirements to define system configurations β€’ Map out future state processes and customer journeys for HubSpot implementation β€’ Handle complex HubSpot configuration tasks including CRM setup β€’ Develop sophisticated nurture campaigns to boost engagement β€’ Optimize lead hand-offs using automation and data techniques β€’ Use HubSpot reporting tools to enhance client insights

Requirements

β€’ 4-9 years of relevant experience in HubSpot implementation and client service β€’ BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience β€’ Proven HubSpot expertise across all hubs with a track record of consultative success for enterprise clients β€’ Exceptional communication skills and adept task prioritization abilities in complex project environments
