Description

β€’ Lead client engagements and design state-of-the-art Customer Experience (CX) Systems. β€’ Guide clients through a comprehensive discovery process to understand their unique needs. β€’ Extract and develop user stories from client meetings, translating them into functional requirements. β€’ Handle complex HubSpot configuration tasks, including data capture and automation engineering. β€’ Map out future state processes and customer journeys to implement HubSpot effectively. β€’ Optimize lead hand-offs and nurturing processes using automation and data capture techniques.

Requirements

β€’ 4-9 years of relevant experience in HubSpot implementation and client service. β€’ BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience. β€’ Proven HubSpot expertise across all hubs with a track record of consultative success for enterprise clients. β€’ Exceptional communication skills and adept task prioritization abilities in complex project environments.
