Description

• The Director, Investor Relations will develop and execute an integrated IR strategy. • Lead investor relations strategies and activities, including communication with analysts and preparation of investor materials. • Conduct analysis and research in support of the earnings call process.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required in finance, economics, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment research, or banking • Experience in Medical Device industry required • Business development, marketing & sales experience in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance sectors. • Strong financial acumen; facile with all the company’s key financial statements. • Must have a thorough understanding of financial modeling used by investment professionals. • Ability to execute in ambiguous situations and take the lead without explicit instructions. • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented. • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty • Demonstrated experience building partnerships across the public and private sectors. • Knowledgeable about the regulated nature of the business. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate issues and potential resolutions. • Ability to build consensus and alignment,and communicate and collaborate effectively.
