Description
• Develop and execute strategies to drive performance and scale campaigns. • Manage the Meta ad strategy and oversee two media buyers. • Utilize a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing to drive growth. • Lead the creative process by combining data insights with creative execution. • Analyze and optimize the customer journey from first touch to long-term retention. • Leverage Shopify and analytics platforms to assess performance. • Implement retention strategies to maximize LTV. • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) like Contribution Margin. • Test new strategies, creatives, and performance levers.
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing. • Proven experience scaling an e-comm brand beyond 7 figures. • Available to overlap work with 8 am - 5 pm MDT (40 hours a week). • Accepting of Christianity. • Access to a computer. • Reliable internet connection. • Reliable and distraction-free work environment.
Benefits
