Description

β€’ Develop and execute strategies to drive performance and scale campaigns. β€’ Manage the Meta ad strategy and oversee two media buyers. β€’ Utilize a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing to drive growth. β€’ Lead the creative process by combining data insights with creative execution. β€’ Analyze and optimize the customer journey from first touch to long-term retention. β€’ Leverage Shopify and analytics platforms to assess performance. β€’ Implement retention strategies to maximize LTV. β€’ Own key performance indicators (KPIs) like Contribution Margin. β€’ Test new strategies, creatives, and performance levers.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years’ experience in marketing. β€’ Proven experience scaling an e-comm brand beyond 7 figures. β€’ Available to overlap work with 8 am - 5 pm MDT (40 hours a week). β€’ Accepting of Christianity. β€’ Access to a computer. β€’ Reliable internet connection. β€’ Reliable and distraction-free work environment.
