• Seeking a highly experienced and dynamic IT Leader for Sourcing and Procurement Transformation initiatives. • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Lead transformation and optimization of procurement processes using SAP S/4 and Ariba. • Oversee contract lifecycle management for efficient supplier management. • Manage subcontractor manufacturing processes for quality control. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Articulate the value of procurement strategies to management. • Build and mentor high-performing teams in procurement excellence. • Assess and integrate best practices in sourcing and procurement. • Validate strategies with industry experts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting IT systems for Supply Chain Sourcing and Procurement • Extensive experience in direct, indirect, capital, and spend management, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4 and Ariba systems. • Expertise in supplier management, contract lifecycle management with iCertis, supplier integration with platforms like e2Open and OpenText, and subcontractor manufacturing management using e2Open. • 3+ years of people management leading teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Supply Chain.
