β’ Proven track record in presales or consulting within the banking and capital markets sector. β’ 5+ years of relevant presales experience selling IT services or products in the digital asset industry. β’ Keen understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on the banking and financial services sector. β’ Knowledge of financial industry standards such as ERC and ISO. β’ Experience with blockchain solutions and financial industry projects. β’ Background in software engineering roles and applications. β’ Experience with cloud stack and building modern architecture from conception to support. β’ Customer-facing delivery experience and understanding of customer business requirements in the financial industry. β’ Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations. β’ Strong network in the Banking and capital markets sector. β’ Outstanding communication skills (workshops, public speaking, discussions with C-level and developers). β’ Display emotional intelligence and can work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to help them reach a consensus. β’ Ability to understand new business opportunities inside of clients and grow accounts. β’ Ability to define specific ground-breaking solutions within abstract environments - whiteboarding capabilities.
