Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer support analyst role β€’ Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) β€’ Experience using Service Now and similar customer support tools is required β€’ Experience using Bomgar (or similar remote support tool) β€’ Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies β€’ Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
