β€’ Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails regarding water filtration products, services, and water quality concerns. β€’ Provide detailed information on product specifications, features, benefits, and maintenance to support informed purchasing decisions. β€’ Manage orders, track shipments, and coordinate returns or exchanges as necessary. β€’ Educate customers on water quality, filtration options, and regular system maintenance to maximize product performance and lifespan. β€’ Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when required. β€’ Document customer interactions, service requests, and technical issues in the CRM system for accurate records and follow-up. β€’ Collaborate with sales, technical support, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve product or service-related issues efficiently.

Requirements

β€’ A high school diploma or equivalent required β€’ 1+ year of experience in a high-volume customer service role β€’ Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to water filtration systems β€’ Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant computer applications β€’ Strong typing, grammar, and phone etiquette skills β€’ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
