📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • In this role, you will play a key part in our growth by generating leads and building strong relationships. • You will support a Dance Studio-Pro, a company specializing in studio management software. • Our platform streamlines operations for studios by offering online registration, tuition calculation, and payment solutions for students and parents. • With a suite of integrated tools, our software empowers studios to enhance efficiency and optimize their business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B software sales, knowledge of the studio industry (karate, dance, theatre, cheer) is a plus • Proven track record of success in a sales process requiring cold calling and lead generation • Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicating DSP’s value • Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization. • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM software to manage the prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets • Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and empathy • Exceptional time management skills • Willingness to take initiative and be a team player
