📋 Description
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Must provide a private at-home office space, with a lockable door, free of distraction. • Must procure, set up, and maintain high speed internet access. • Internet connection must be direct from modem/router to equipment via hard wired ethernet cord. • No Satellite providers - We are unable to use Satellite due to the impact on call quality.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening. • 2 years of customer service experience required. • 1 year of Call Center experience preferred. • Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.
