• Proven Software Solutions Sales Experience—Cybersecurity, SaaS, ERP, ITSM, or related fields preferred. • MEDDPICC Sales Methodology—knowledge in Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, and Competition to drive complex sales. • IAM Knowledge is a bonus—Okta, OIM, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc., or a strong willingness to learn. • Consultative Selling Approach—Exceptional at understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions. • Fluent in Swedish & English a must, with strong communication and negotiation abilities. • Self-Starter Mentality—Entrepreneurial drive, proactive execution, and results-focused mindset.
