β€’ About InvoiceCloud: InvoiceCloud is a leading provider of online bill payment services. β€’ You will be the advocate for your clients aiming for their success. β€’ Your goal is to create relationships that drive revenue growth and client engagement. β€’ You will focus on three key areas: retention, growth, and advocacy. β€’ A qualified CSM will excel in building trusted relationships and minimizing churn.

Requirements

β€’ Strong relationship management experience with proven track record of driving retention and growth, while delighting the client both in person and over phone/zoom β€’ Experience with electronic billing products and services, such as payment processing, merchant services or electronic payments a huge plus. β€’ Customer driven, results oriented, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile. β€’ Outstanding verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required β€’ Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results β€’ Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills β€’ Experience using standard MS Office tools and Salesforce

Benefits

β€’ Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. β€’ The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
